CHINESE SMART HOME BRAND-WULIAN KEEPS FURTHER RIGHT TO ANY FALSE REPORTS
Recently there are some untrue and ill reports about “Nanjing IOT Sensor Technology Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as "Wulian Group") over internet .The content of those reports is far away from the true facts, which not only also fooled many common people with lies , but also has maken the bad effect to WULIAN GROUP. “We take this problem very serious and must fight with irresponsible report. We should let the public know the truth”, released from the Wulian Group department.
As to the public email words from zigbee Alliance regarding to the Wulian group, There are many points which are absolute wrong or different from the facts.
Wulian has enough evidences to show the public that the words are absolute wrong or different from the facts, and those evidences includes the photos, the new reports of the third party of history, the government files.
Firstly, Wulian Group has never publicized that Wulian Group's products have been certified by ZigBee Alliance.
Someone with ill will made the maliciously false online, in which they claimed that’ Wulian Group publicized that Wulian Group's products have been certified by ZigBee Alliance.’. The purpose of rumors is very clear that they just want to frame WULIAN and disrupt the brand of WULIAN smart home. As we know, the zigbee protocol is public and free to be used like Android in phone. In the Mind of Wulian, there is no better certification than the good experience from our customers, and we are always seeking for the stable network, reliable transmission of wireless data and satisfying the demand of all the clients. All the goods of WULIAN products conformed the national and industry standard within the law regulation. Now the smart home product is very hot in the global market with 1500 above dealers.
If someone have the purpose that all the good of WULIAN smart home must be certified by ZigBee Alliance, this view is extremely ridiculous and irresponsible and it’s ‘gangster logic. In other words ,the events show us that Zigbee Alliance wants to become the only one judge to determin any zigbee technology company's destiny, to decide you can enter the zigbee products market or not. This is absolutely against the basic business competition rules. Zigbee Alliance wants hold his title and this event against any zigbee enterprises to enter the market without its approval. So all of the Smart home companies should join up, to against the monopoly of Zigbee Alliance. No one business Alliance has the right to interfere with products publication of other companies in the history, rather than a business organization out of China.
Secondly, hard evidences to show ZigBee Alliance China Regional Headquarters" in Wulian Group
ZigBee Alliance established its "ZigBee Alliance China Regional Headquarters" in Wulian Group's Shanghai office in 2012. Shanghai government officer and Mr. Bob Heile, the former chairman of Zigbee Alliance, attended the opening ceremony of ZigBee Alliance China Regional Headquarters. Since then Wulian group has made a lot of hard work to promote zigbee technology while developing the smart home market in China. But someone become envious and even denigrate WULIAN group when they found WULIAN GROUP develop the smart home market successfully and its products are very hot in China and oversea. So Zigbee Alliance try to disrubte the WULIAN group’s reputation via such an email with simulated fact and lies, rather, this event makes Zigbee Alliance lost all of its credibility.
Thirdly, Wulian Group is the legal holder of the "ZigBee" trademark of most electrics and computer accessories recognized by (CTMO)
The fact needs the evidence rather than listening the words of ZIGBEE ALLIANCE. WULIAN GROUP holds trademark of “ZIGBEE" in most of the electrical fields in China, especially some important one related with smart home such as Class 7，9，11，14，37 , by contrast, Zigbee Alliance only hold some trademark of “ZIGBEE" far away from the smart home such as class 6,8. And maybe this is the root cause of the public email from Tobin J. M. Richardson, chairman of zigbee Alliance. And it’s obvious that Zigbee Alliance wants to force WULIAN GROUP to give up the zigbee trademark in this way. Now WULIAN GROUP holds the trademark of “ZIGBEE" ,and that is as it should be, and it can launch any relative product with zigbee trademark in China, rather than using the trademark of zigbee on its products.
WULIAN GROUP just wants to tell the truth of the fact with evidences as one common Chinese company here. Anyone can check the ownership of zigbee trademark in the website of Chinese Trademark Office (CTMO), just input the words of” zigbee”, and then everything is clear.
WULIAN GROUP has set up a panel of observers to make the investigation of any false reports with ill will related WULIAN .and the company will keep the right of law to fight back any rumor mongers.

At the same time, we appeal every zigbee technology company bewares of tricks of Zigbee Alliance, and maybe someday your company will have the same experience like WULIAN GROUP after years of your hard working of promoting zigbee technology.
